The formula is: Required Final Score = (Target Grade - Current Grade × (1 - Final Weight)) ÷ Final Weight. For example, if your current grade is 72%, your target is 80%, and the final is worth 30%, you need: (0.80 - 0.72 × 0.70) ÷ 0.30 = 98%.
